Forged by Trauma: A Trauma Release Exercise-Inspired Somatic Protocol
Some healing happens in softness. This one happens in fire.
Hephaestus was thrown from Olympus and left for broken. The Cyclopes — Brontes, Steropes, Arges — were chained by their own father because their brilliance looked like danger to those who couldn't understand it. Beneath the earth, in the dark beneath Vesuvius, they found each other. They lit the forges. They built what no one could take from them.
This protocol uses that story as a working map.
Forged by Trauma is a TRE-inspired somatic release protocol for people who have carried strength underground — through rejection, exile, long survival tension, or the particular exhaustion of being misread as the problem. Through grounded movement, tremor-informed release, mythic imagery, and nervous system awareness, it guides you back to the forge inside the body.
Not to become perfect.
This work is to become present.
To support release, grounding, and reconnection with the body after prolonged pressure, adaptation, or survival tension.
The fall. The chain. The forge. The rhythm. The return.
This is not self-improvement theater. This is body work for the person who survived, and is ready to stand again.
Includes full protocol and workbook.
